About Sara Spearin

Dynamo Donut is the brainchild of Sara Spearin. A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, Sara honed her pastry skills at some of the top fine dining scenes in the country including Postrio, Hawthorne Lane, Zoe (New York), Stars, and Foreign Cinema. While perfecting the fine art of aritsan baked goods at Liberty Cafe in San Francisco, Sara had a vision of her own quaint neighborhood bakery that, like Liberty, would provide delicious handmade pastries. A few years later, while on maternity leave, Sara realized the importance of a well crafted donut and the utter lack thereof in San Francisco. With niches to be filled and dreams to be realized, Dynamo Donut and Coffee was born!

About Dynamo Donuts

Dynamo uses Clover Organic Milk for it's coffee and donuts. Each donut utilizes organic, sustainable, and local ingredients whenever possible. They are always handmade daily by Sara and her dedicated staff. We offer a rotating selection of 7 to 10 donuts per day so quality and freshness of ingredients can be guaranteed. EVERYDAY is Bacon Donut Day!!!
